I see what you’re saying and maybe she has a lip implant plus plumpers? With the plumper faded it leaves a distorted shape? No idea, but I also use botox and filler sparingly (not my lips) and I could afford more, but I don’t and I suspect you wouldn’t either. Plenty of people know when to stop but no one talks about…

You made me look and you are correct. The real oddity in the no makeup picture is her smile. I don't follow their show or social media, so I've never seen her with an expression other than "sexy sullen." She looks genuine and not posed for once. 

It doesn't surprise me that they're still together, but for me it doesn't decrease the creep factor at all. 

I don’t get the hate in the comments. How many businesses pay employees after the need for their work has disappeared? They’ve given a month of pay, weeks of notice on this decision, and continued benefits. This applies to non-union employees as well.
