I interpreted it to mean that a sketch that is written to get laughs simply because someone cross-dresses is probably not funny and possibly offensive, but maybe I'm reading too much into it.

Being an American, I love imagining the parallel universe in which "Money City Maniacs" is actually a hit single.

Mostly I have a visceral dislike of Jay and Silent Bob and found that movie to be unbearably smug. I don't really remember either of those movies very vividly, honestly.
