There are a number of signs before you get to this point of the tunnel that tells you there’s a sharp turn ahead essentially and the speed limit is 20. I’ve lived in the Seattle area most of my life and it’s really not a crazy turn at all.  It’s just a bunch of idiots not paying attention.
