As a PC gamer, Ubisoft's online services have been so bad to where I only buy their games on consoles now.

Yeah the whales

The GameStop right around the corner from my house shut down recently and it's getting replaced with a Game Exchange soon. I think inventory was a large issue at the location; I think there was a single time where I went to it and was actually able to get a game I was looking for, despite the website always saying the

Except they will recoup the financial cost from game sales. This gets more people on Steam to buy games on Steam

I don’t tend to re-buy games on Switch that I already own on PC, but with cross-save I might bite with this. This is also the type of game that translates incredibly well to the Switch.

It’s really nice to hear that Insomniac is including 60fps modes in their future titles. I remember the quote from Insomniac years ago saying that they wouldn’t make games at 60fps anymore.

This is a prime example of the sunk cost fallacy. EA put so much money into Anthem that they believe that they have to put even more money into it to make to succeed after its initial failure.

I’m enjoying Gears Tactics, but since I got Cole Train for installing the game at launch through Xbox Game Pass on PC, I don’t have much reason to use characters that aren’t those main 4 unless a mission doesn’t allow me to use all of them at once.

I decided to give Minecraft a go for the first time since 2012. I’m surprised with how different the game feels with how much content they’ve added since then. I’m enjoying it quite a bit. I’ve mainly been building a mine cart highway so that I can easily travel between villages and biomes easily.

If you’re fine with Emulation, Burnout 3 and Revenge run pretty well on a PS2 emulator. If your PC still has a DVD drive, you can easily dump your PS2 games into ISO images for the emulator without having to resort to downloading ROMS.

Stop pre-ordering video games.

Stop pre-ordering video games.

While this isn’t going to make a difference to the majority of PS4 owners, this will be a big deal when the PS4 eventually gets emulated on PC’s.

So not only are they risking peoples’ lives by opening up a business back up that is by no means essential, but they’re going to reduce pay / work time while doing so.

So I get that it’s going to be difficult to get physical games shipped to stores (especially with most stores being closed right now).

I’m so burnt out with the looter shooter genre. They all follow the trend of:

Last Spring, I went to Tokyo and went to a hotel near Akihabara. I mentioned to the friend I was traveling about Mari-car and the lawsuits behind it. Little did we know at the time that our hotel was literally around the corner from Mari-car.

Google literally owns Gmail, there’s no excuse why they couldn’t get codes out in time. I don’t think the late arrival of the codes is lawsuit-worthy, but at the same time what was the point of pre-ordering if you have to wait after launch? People are literally able to buy Stadia right now and play it. This is a

Some days just make you want to put the rake in the lake.

Gaming without the bullshit, yet the first photo is clearly a Breath of the Wild Knockoff. Sure.....

Not surprised about this, people didn’t want yet another digital distribution platform on PC, let alone a Subscription service. Most of the games on the picture for this article have been free on Twitch Prime or other services already, so there was little point to pay for Discord Nitro for this feature.
