I’m very uncomfortable in grouping this with the cases of police brutality we’ve been seeing. This wasn’t a case of that in my opinion (and there’s so many instances of actually anti-black police misconduct that all we’re doing here is providing evidence that “every time a suspect is shot they cry wolf.”)

As the police video shows, Bailey did in fact, have a gun, however, clearly, he was running away from the scene, and police didn’t realize he had a weapon until he lay dying in the street.
