The only explanation for putting things on the NSC system is that they knew they were fucking breaking the law and if it were in the normal White House system, they would have been caught. That’s it.

He also successfully cheapened the hearing and wasted a considerable amount of time. By making the hearings a joke, people don’t attach much value to them and just assume “both sides calling names.”  It’s hearing nihilism.
