I don’t think that foolyoo is saying that any of this is OK. What they are saying is that according to CPS’s standards, this is not something that would get the parents even investigated.

Those parents lost those kids because they were the parents abusing and video taping the results of that abuse, which showed the kids in distress. Lil Tay does not appear in distress, and her parents aren’t the felons. So according to CPS, she is not being abused.
