In this context? No. It’s a negative opinion of someone but I don’t see why having a negative opinion about someone is a moral failing. He disagreed with her actions and intent, what am I missing?
I’ll agree the first one is a little snotty and won’t defend it but the other two comments just seem like his opinion on someone else and their actions. I don’t understand what’s so toolish about that.

What if it’s an artistic decision in which the character is intended to be a certain race? For example: it’s a story about a teenage white kid in a black neighborhood - what does that casting call look like for the white kid?
