Believe it or not, I had actually forgotten about the corpse penis until I read the review, the disgusting images in question were Mephisto's naked body and a creature called a homunculus which IIRC was basically a fetus with the face of an adult man.

He means dubbed as in recorded later, you are clearly not hearing what is happening on set because the voices are all crazy loud in the mix. As far as everything else, I can't really remember that well as I saw it over a year ago, I only really remember a few strikingly disgusting images and that I didn't like it much.
