Not even.. but somehow the quote would have made sense coming from Einstein. When the Atom was discovered in early 19 hundreds, Scientists discovered that electrons had “quantum states” in which it seemed impossible to determine where an electron was.
It seemed everytime you messured it you got a different result.…
