After a bit of digging, it looks like the Mustang engines are built in one of the Cleveland engine plants, but the Focus RS engines are built in Valencia, Spain. The Valencia plant previously (before 2015) produced 2.3L Ecoboost engines, but not the twin-scroll variant which launched in the Mustang in 2015.
