I recently did a clean install of el Capitan and now handbrake doesn’t decode dvd’s, but following this guide, I do not have a /Library/SystemMigration/ folder on my computer, presumably because I did not migrate. It still won’t allow installation of libdvdcss Is there another location for quarantined files.
