The lack of label integration was a big turnoff for me, and I just realized that I was doing a lot of what this app was doing in other places productivity wise. It felt too redundant. So it went back in the bin of "shortly used but no longer" apps.

Ironically, the ad for Kotaku at the bottom of this article is currently, "The Best Games for Your iPhone and iPad." I'm doomed.

UPDATE: Now it seems to be down again. I'm guessing it's just getting hammered, but I could be wrong.

I don't have a phone, just an iPod Touch. And there's not WiFi at work, so it's not as noticeable for me there. But I do recall an occasion or two where I'll get a reminder for a task I'd already marked as complete at work. I just figured it was a push issue related to me not opening the app after I got home, but I

This past year I pretty much left Remember the Milk for Producteev, and I've been loving that a ton better. I don't really want to bounce from app to app, so is there any compelling reason to switch from Producteev to this? The new features here sound like things I'm already doing in Producteev (and have been since

Totally with you. I watched the first few episodes and enjoyed them, but then I ran into a few conflicts with other activities, missed enough episodes for me to forget to make it weekly viewing, and by the time I remembered, the season was near over and you couldn't watch it online.

I know we've loved Prime at our house. For us, the sign up incentive was for Amazon Mom (which is allowed under Prime). For us, combining free 2 day shipping with Amazon Mom discounts and Subscribe and Save means we're cutting 20% off of things like diapers plus getting them shipped for free in 2 days. Admittedly,

Honestly, who in the US isn't ready to do about anything so they never have to hear those gymnastics commentators ever again?

My bigger problem is actually is what happens afterwards. I get it that NBC wants to make money (I hate it, but I get it), but why is that after they showed the women's gymnastics all-around last night on OTA, I can't watch the full replay this morning without a cable subscription? I watched it last night, why can't

At the risk of falling for troll-bait, I really liked the show. Sure it was silly and not all the science made sense, but even adults need to enjoy something that's not a dark Battlestar-esque show once in a while. Just because it's not dark or serious doesn't mean it's not for adults.

I'm right there with you. I loved Launchy (and still do on the computers that run XP), but once I discovered I can do the same thing by hitting the Windows key in Windows 7, I never got around to putting Launchy on my PC.

I used to try to do this. Now I got moved to a morning show at my job, so I get up at 4, shower and leave for work. When I come home, I have to squeeze in my productivity immediately before everyone else wakes up from naps.

Sorry for the late reply. I set up a task based on this recipe: [ifttt.com]. I can't take credit for it, since I didn't build it, but it's definitely nice.

Babies prove their unintentional awesomeness yet again.

Not to keep dragging up Lost, but that's how I felt during the middle parts of the 2nd and 3rd season. Before they knew they were going to be able to wrap the whole things up, the middle of those two seasons just felt like they were dragging on. The beginnings and endings were strong, but in between you got stories

No, you're right on. I've actually used an IFTTT recipe connected to the RSS feed to email me every time a new book hits the free list or the top 10, and at least 90% of the time, they're terrible looking romance novels.

The soundtrack for Cowboy Bebop was totally unexpected to me when I first heard it, but since, it's gotta be about my favorite soundtrack for an anime series. Tank! is an amazing song.

Price and convenience are key. Price is easy: I have a limited budget so make it possible for me to get it at a decent rate.

I guess I would differentiate between it being "meaningful" to me, and being entertaining. I may not have the movie Wargames memorized (though possibily Holy Grail), but I could still follow with what was happening. And the concept of him following along with a movie and becoming a character in it is cool,

I really enjoyed this book. It read well, and I never felt too lost, plus I cut through it really fast.
