I’ve got a long box regular cab 2wd 4 liter stick ‘96 Ranger in Cayman Blue that I wouldn’t let go for $7000 because I couldn’t replace it for $10000 - and it has 378000Km on the clock!!!
Even in “normal” times $7k wouldn’t be that far off. It might have been half of that up here in New England but only because half of the truck would have already rusted away.
“In normal times this would be overpriced but $7K”
No, even in “normal” times that would be a good price, a great one in fact.

Yup, those phone navigation apps that only run online are just what folks need in cell dead zones...lol
Satellite navigation is very handy in places where you don’t have cell service.
For a sporty car, an incredibly BLAND bit of styling. A forgettable-looking car. The boy-racer mods, high mileage and photos of soap suds on the pavement around the car, means a hurry-up-and-sell approach. A survivor, but it hasn’t been babied. No Dice.
Hmm. I had a 1976 Mustang II as my first car in 1980. I can’t verify the gymnast assertion, but I can tell you that you can with a varsity basketball cheerleader named Patty.
Subaru went all in on the CVT. Their modern cars are all saddled with it. I honestly did not know this until I was on a test drive and the transmission was absolute garbage.

When did they put Mark Twain on the $100 bill?
There is no “title issue”. This can be registered like any clean title car anywhere in the country. Insurance rates generally aren’t excessively higher for R titles than clean ones either, from my own experience.
This car is something of an enigma. So it’s no surprise that we’re being asked to perform a Touring test.
$50K. I paid ~$13K for my rPod. It has a lift kit. I’ve added things like an LiFEPO4 SOK brand battery and a 200W PV panel as well as a Whynter freezer. I can boondock in it just fine. I even splurged for a Honda generator. I’m nowhere close to $50k with my add-ons. I guess my question is if I had a $50k camper…
WANT! That’s one extremely Nice Price! Anybody who votes ND should be stricken from the Jalopnik rolls.
This sounds like something someone who killed someone yesterday would say.
I had a Probe in College. Looked great. Drove ... like a little red wagon. All of the bells & whistles eventually died. But that engine kept chugging for almost 190K miles before I sold it.
I believe this is the correct take.. i just saw the title, did a search for turbo and didn’t find it. so.... CRACK PIPE at any price.
More people should have bought Talons, I like them. Eclipses still look good too, but I like Talons even more just for the weirdness factor. It’s a what? An Eagle? Like AMC? OK, like Chrysler? Wait, it’s a Mitsubishi? What the hell is this car anyway? They’re an oddball car that doesn’t really fit anywhere, and also I…
