The Mirage has a great platform for them to make into something fun. I would buy a Ralliart version with a manual transmission and a turbo with 125 or so horsepower tomorrow if it were available.

I don’t know why they have not linked up with Suzuki to bring over the Jimny and a few of their other cars. It would be a great way for Suzuki to get back in the U.S. market without all of the startup costs and financial risk. The Jimny would look great with a Pajero badge on it.

That is what I say. What do they have to lose at this point. They don’t even need to develop new platforms. Use the current Mirage and make a Ralliart version of it with a turbo engine, use that platform to make a cheap 2 door convertible since there are none of them currently for sale in the U.S..

Yeah I totally call BS on it. I have had one for 5 years and have no problem maintaining my speed or accelerating up a hill or steep grades, even with the a/c on and a CVT.

I have had one since 2015 and never had an issue with it. No problem maintaining 90-100 mph from Ohio to NJ and back a few times.

This is absolute perfection. I could actually see these becoming popular if they were to make them. I mean, why can’t and NV200 look like this?

Ok I think I need one. It really is perfect for my commute. I would love to park it in the garage next to a Tesla or other EV.

Did anyone expect more than so so for 12 grand after rebates?

Oh ok. Well, my point was that I don’t give a damn what you do.

I have walked a few times. takes 20 minutes each way which is fine but takes 5 to drive. That extra time allows me to come home on my lunch break to let the dog out to pee and then get back.

And? You compare NYC to a midwestern city with poor public transportation? Dude, mind your business.

That is 100% accurate. A 50,000 truck probably costs about 5 grand to make not including salaries, benefits, advertising and on and on.

It is just amazing what they have been able to do for the price.

It may come as a shock to you, but not everyone lives in L.A. Would you walk in the snow while wearing a suit or when it is 90 degrees and humid?

Yeah if there was a way way to get them imported for a total of 2 grand, I would consider it a lot more.

I come back through the day just waiting for these damn updates. I think that you may have sold a few Changli’s in the U.S. now. If I had the space to park it, I would love one for my 1 mile commute.

Do any of us know how many horsepower the “Fashion” logo adds?

I friggin love it. I am blown away that it is not some glorified electric version of a Little Tykes Cozy Coupe.

OMG hurry up and open it! I think I may be just as excited about its arrival as you are.

So the seats still don’t fold away and they can’t even be removed. Um, that’s a no for me then. I don’t even mind Kia’s design that slides the middle seats right up against the front seats. Not as much room as in Pacifica but at least they made an effort.
