This is a great project. I would take it in a second if I had the space. I would want to upgrade that drivetrain to something with a bit more power and I am sure there are lots of options available to do that.

You can probably make one yourself with reliable Miata parts for a similar price so I would have to say no way. The Triumph drivetrain is a big turnoff for me. If I were to build a kit car I would want to enjoy it after it is completed not working on it because it is temperamental.

I would be all over it. Since we do not have any small BOF trucks, the unibody truck is the next logical step. Nissan was very smart to build the NV200 and Hyundai could do something similar with a truck. It does not even have to be based off of a crossover, it can be Elantra or Accent based.
