I don’t believe this story at all. 1. that’s not duct tape that’s electricians tape. 2. if the customer is too stupid to notice “tape” on the dash he/she shouldn’t be driving or breeding.

If its already proven texting while driving is as dangerous as drunk driving then why not have a punishment to fit the crime. Same charges as drunk driving would almost immediately stop texting while driving

Ummm The RCMP is not the Canadian version of the FBI. RCMP are Canada’s national police force for the most part. Ontario has OPP but for the rest of the country its mostly RCMP. I’m not sure why anyone would make that comparison. Maybe fact check before writing things that are not accurate.
