I think it correlates with sports cars. modern engines are lasting longer and this is more evident in motorcyles which typically are seasonal with lower annual miles. thus sales don’t have to be as high to maintain the same number of ridership.
Until they can find samples to retest I don’t know how any of their certifications can be trusted.
