Welp, Clayton Bigsby isn’t real.

Many comments I've seen have been racist too.  It's really disgusting.  I made the mistake of going to the Facebook page and was disappointed to see two friends (so far) bashing the ad. One really suprised me. I unfriended them quickly. It was embarrassing to see them act that way :(

You just know the guy that felt the need to point out that “women aren’t attracted to effeminate men” is the type of guy that likes to say “I’m not sexist, but women <insert your own stereotypical comment>“.

I never even wanna hear that emotional shit again, especially after watching Brett Kavanaugh.

I have never understood the “Women are too emotional” knock when we (guys) will occasionally start fist fights because some other dude was “looking at me funny”.

It’s all part of this larger backlash against experts in our country. A chunk of the country somehow decided that people who have expertise in something (doctors, lawyers, scientists, veterinarians, journalists, etc) are all scam artists looking to pull the wool over on “real Americans”.

There are a lot of insults that are rooted in bigotry of one kind or another, that we pick up without even being aware of the bigotry. So I believe it’s entirely possible to use “bitch”, for example, while genuinely having no sexist intent.
