No. I don’t care what it sounds like, you don’t take a Z06 from 7 liters down to 5.3 just to get a few more revs. I don’t know what happened to the LS7, but rebuild it to stock and put a hotter cam in it and you have more power/torque for less money. Not to mention, that engine is the whole point of the Z06.

How far ahead of its time(1991-1993) was this though?:

Maybe you meant Walmart? Costco carries quality products, has good service and their customer demographics are the envy of lots of other large retailers.
