Moe’s queso is delicious.
Moe’s queso is delicious.
Exactly the same with me. Once everything starts slowing to normalcy, if I’m going shopping or to work I won’t mask up. However, if I’m going on an airplane or the Metro or I’m feeling gross - I’ll mask up and that’ll be that.
There’s a weird dichotomy going on with stories like this (c.f., Boston’s first Black Woman mayor.)
I was raised similarly, but I never ‘fit’ the ‘role’ as suggested. I was always much more neutral in the way I behaved, gentle and caring and empathetic. I know if I hadn’t been exposed to a particularly toxic version of Evangelical Christianity* or was a few years younger** then I would have absolutely grown up to be…
True - but it’s yogurt! It’s cultured milk with flavorings added to it and sometimes fruit.
I’d ask the bartender to forgo the martini glass cause I can’t fluid dynamics with those glasses and the cocktail ends up in my lap instead of in my mouth *haha*
Men are so goddamned fragile - oh no I can’t eat yogurt it’s too girly!!!
Only reason I never order Cosmos is cause I can’t drink out of a martini glass... I always spill. I can’t... fluid dynamics... just... lap soaked with liquor.
This is in my mind just above the Ted Cruz strategy of trying to make Beto O’Rourke look as awesome as possible to try to smear him. “Hey guys, Liz can get it on with a 25-year old bodybuilder and she has enough stamina to leave scars from her sex-crazed BDSM sessions! The safe word is ‘ethical business practices.’!”
Its aroma has notes from a variety of difference spices such as cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg.
I love it on broccoli or other kind of ‘eh’ veggies.
Nutmeg adds a spicy aroma and flavor to food and is a classic component of the bechamel. It complements dairy, and therefore is instrumental in making custards taste better. French toast is basically toast dipped in custard and cooked so that’s why nutmeg is important.
There’s some gochujang in a squeeze bottle rather than in the tub that tends to be a little thinner.
It’s a crapshoot as to whether I can get comments to work or not because it keeps trying to load the next story.
If you’re going on GBBO - you need to practice at least:
If I were able to make it to my work (1 hour) in the same time it takes me to commute and I could live 150 miles away, I would probably do so - because my cost-of-living is ridiculous. A cheap house around here costs $400,000.
There are two issues with the Amtrak right now: 1) They don’t own the rails and 2) It’s expensive. I used to take the train from Alexandria to Richmond before I had a car (an ex lived out there.) It takes 2 hours by car and took about the same on a train, but every time I went it was a crapshoot whether I’d get…
I would love a train network in the United States that actually fed to smaller towns. Major train lines that weaved over the country with smaller regional rail and even smaller local rail down to small metro-esque Subways would be brilliant. If it were like... New York to Philly in an hour (that’s only about 95 MPH)…
Michael’s cake would have been easy enough to fix. Trim a bit here and there, lots of delicious icing, and pretty decorations and no one would know the difference. Just pretend that’s how it was supposed to be.
Recent, excellent video from John Oliver on medical bias and how it affects women, especially women of color:
