I bought my ‘99 over Labor Day of 2004. It was a few hundred dollars less than others in the area; I bought it from some guy on Long Island who had a ‘94 S4 with the largest external wastegate I’d ever seen wedged into some garage on a side street that he and his father were attempting to make idle. There was no DMV

I had this CD.

Our man needs to read the X3 article from a few days back.

The facelifted E83 (07-10) body looks much better in non-sport trim than the 04-06's.   Those, as you point out, are pretty bad...

No, they had a 4-cyl diesel version of the 2011-2017 body (F25) in the running there.

This isn’t new information to anyone at this point, is it?

For a guy born in ‘77, the entire first album from Me First and the Gimme Gimmes, Have a Ball, makes thirty minutes of highway go by in a strange blur.

The dash in my wife's F25 bridges the gap pretty well with a full screen across the bottom but still fully analog dials.

Un, naw, it’s been pretty dang awesome as far as I’m concerned!

Aw sheesh, Patrick, you were able to go to CARLISLE this year! Stop yer bitchin!

Copy. Paste.

Too many Russians for that to happen.

There is no method to connect an earpods-capable iPhone to that model of 3-series for listening to music via BT, and most likely one that age (06-08) may not even have BT for the phone.

US will most likely get a top level M40i model with closer to 380HP as the top spec.

Where / How / Who.... huh? Third row?? Maybe for small dogs?

You gotta use a little less butter, and substitute half-and-half for milk. Then if you let it sit in the pot for a couple minutes to congeal some before you inhale it with the mixing spoon, (hard, I know) then it does get that great deep orange color.

I waffle around between a Boxster S, an early BMW 6er, or an E55 AMG. I owned a 99 M3 already, so that’s checked off the list.

Ironic perhaps that BMW takes issue with an unperformed recall starting a fire in another vehicle when they cannot tell me when they will be able to repair the TWO open recalls on my 3-series that pose danger of a fire. As mentioned in the article, there’s certainly a double standard here.

Yeah, I’ve already learned of my self-ownage...

Yes, I’m crying forever, but my initial statement stands.
