While I agree with the $10k per person per month as a ballpark your last estimate is just exaggeration. 400 people in the credits does not mean 400 people for 36 months. Many people listed in those credits worked 2 weeks or 4 weeks or 3 months, not all 36 months.

Those people “believe” they have poor reactions. The science says their believe is false and that there’s no connection between their symptoms and the fact that they may have had MSG recently.
