If you use the long-form password on your iPhone instead of this simplistic 4-digit code, all your iPhone data will be encrypted automatically. So I don't understand why anyone would use the 4-digit code instead of some slightly more-sophisticated password.

Yawn.

I'm thinking these officers will now be able to work from home when they need to "adjust" Wikipedia articles!

The Lodge 12" pan is not on sale for $25, as you said. At least not anymore. It's $46.21.

I still wouldn't buy it.

Up to $1000, depending on the band. That's gotta be a serious band to double the price!

Yup, all day battery. Apple has bought off Congress, who officially shortened the day to 18 hours.

When my dog or cat call me, I hit the Ignore button. They're just begging for more food anyway...

Mickey says.... "It's time for you to get a life and stop buying stupid products you don't need!!!"

Yeah, thanks for the photo. That's much more compact than I expected, unless you have bear-sized paws! Assuming you have an average guy's hands, it looks good for carrying.

My competing inCharge (https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/incha…) cable arrived this week, finally. It's pretty tiny but works perfectly. Plus if I lose it, I'm only out $9, not $35. If anyone cares, they're still taking pre-orders via Indiegogo for it.

Me too! Yes, I do have ADD, how'd you know?

Knowing that will make you a different kind of "master" that the original article is going for.

I get the "Navy Federal Credit Union" messages all the time. Dad was in the Army and I never served (techie slacker that I am).

If someone hasn't already mentioned the typo (I couldn't find any mention).

But then they have to work 100% of the time. The fingerprint reader on my last laptop worked about 25% of the time, so I shut it off.

I just learned Evernote 2-step can use Google Authenticator. But where is a list of the other apps that support it? I see you can add a new GA key via scanning a QR code or enter one manually, but how do you know where you can use it.

I wish you and jacsml would stop writing on my laptop!
