Why would I spend this kind of cash on this upgrade when I can slap a waterproof Otterbox (or similar) case on my iPhone and install one of the better hiking apps, like Motion-X GPS? Total cost under $60, plus I can check the weather. Oh, and I can call home if things get really ugly!
