Did you miss the part in the article where DesignerWare was capturing the renters' EVERY KEYSTROKE, then sending them to the stores that rented the computers? So if you logged into your email or your bank, they would have your username and password? I'd say that's a pretty big invasion of privacy!

Are you sure the panorama photo mode isn't a feature of the iPhone 5, not iOS 6? After the upgrade I sure don't see any option for pano shots on my iPhone 4.
