Interesting.  It’s hard to see Donington being able to support a modern F1 race, from an infrastructure standpoint.

I doubt that they would drop Silverstone; it’s still thought of as the ‘home’ race for F1 by major segment of fans and the F1 ruling class.

As long as you’re not trying to resister a vehicle for use on the street, you can import anything.  There are lots of Lola race cars in the states, for example.
