Moderate, Balanced, elegant, seamless, muted, well-structured are good descriptors depending on what you’re tasting. Smooth is too much of a catch-all to provide much description and it’s also very subjective depending on someone’s tolerance to alcohol mouth burn.

In all my travels throughout North America, I’ve found that British Columbia has one of the best advance warning signage. Infortunately it’s based out of necessity because in the greater Vancouver area we have few freeways and most of our high speed roads have traffic lights.

My mind is blown.  I’m literally the emoji that is consumed by its jaw-drop.
