Agreed. If you can afford much higher payments, it would still be better to take the longer loan and invest the difference. Of course if you aren’t fiscally responsible (i.e. most people), then a shorter loan might be better for you.

I find it really hard to understand why anyone would buy a Camaro. They are one of the ugliest cars on sale in recent years, have terrible visibility, and apparently are not great to drive.

That has not been my experience at all when buying a phone. For example, I bought an S7 last week and there was a price drop on Saturday morning that was at every retailer I could find all on the same day. There were no stores offering anything other than that new price.
