Paper trail is important for covering your ass at work. Many times when a boss insists that I to do something questionable I tell them that I want them to tell me that via email. This often gives them pause (as they think about the implications) and most of the time they’ll step back from their stupid decision.

I was speaking in reply to your “I wonder what would have happened” comment. Not much will stop a tank, but they are thirsty. I doubt they would have been willing to blow it up unless he started aiming for people.

Movies should just stop having credits. They are a waste of time. Other industries don’t list the people that worked on a product (for the most part). My car doesn’t list the designers, engineers, factory workers, etc.

Other drivers should also be responsible enough to leave a fair bit of space between themselves and any big trucks. I.e don’t cut off rigs just because they leave some space in front.
