Ultemecia’s time compression is pretty scary. Kefka has to get to his powerful point, Ultemecia is already there and just smother him as a baby.

As a drinker, 100% confirmed. This year has destroyed me.

Ugh. At least we still have those. I’ll watch the movie and this new series for sure, but I’ll figure it as an alternate timeline or something.

Oh my god, yes.

I recently replayed through the main game on Hard. I do it every couple of years. MGR is easily one of the most fun games to just sit down and play. I’m bad at DMC and Bayonetta, but something about Revengeance just clicks with me. I think it’s the way you parry, it just feels so good.

Ben’s music in FTL is absolutely incredible. The way the themes transition reminds me of iMUSE from the old Lucas Arts games, or the mixing that the original Deus Ex did for its levels - explore, battle, conversation, and game over.

Always worth a revisit. That first victory feeling is incredible. I find it’s hard to get too broken, and even though I’ve beat it with every ship and variant (on easy, screw normal and hard) I still rarely get by with more than the skin of my space-teeth

Yeah, there was supposed to be two more games but it didn’t sell well enough to justify. It IS based on a graphic novel though, so you can always check that out to see how it ends.

That’s disappointing. XIII was one of my favourite games.
