All the side stuff seems relegated to the Gummi ship and post-game fights. KH1 was littered with a handful of secret bosses, but it wasn’t until the Final Mix of 1 and 2 that things got crazy. I’m hoping for some kind of DLC that will emulate the ‘Final Mix’ of 3.

When all is said and done, I had a great time with the game. Critical was a sweet addition. The control and fluidity of combat definitely made up for the lack of depth that KH2FM had. There was a clunkiness to the PS2 era that’s hard to replicate.

For me, my preference goes Radio > TV > Books > Movie. I really hope this show is at least as good as the books. Nothing will ever top the original radio play, however. It’s criminal how much better than the books the original is. 

FF7's world map / main theme is perfect for this. It’s long enough that you’ll almost never realize the loop.
