In my experience, except with the most virulent sexists, if there are societal queues that say "no, really, this particular woman is actually great" sexist people will be more open to seeing that woman as more of a person worthy of respecting as such than other women.

Just a few more

Fish vs. Chips!

Winnie-the-Pooh vs. Sauron is the match that was always meant to be

Gwenhwyfar vs. Ginny Weasley

I think that actually happened on Celebrity Deathmatch

He is one seriously cool guy

The sheer awesomeness of that would cause the universe to implode

Isn't that question exactly why it's probably not best to advocate abortion for an entire subset of humanity? I know that jenny888 isn't advocating forced abortion or anything, but she does seem to think that there is a moral failing in allowing someone you know might have a difficult life to have that difficult life.

Without exaggeration, she may be one of the cutest babies I've ever seen.

A Nolan inspired Harley Quinn would have a lot of potential. Also a blockbuster movie starring a female anti-hero vs. a female villain would be a nice change of pace from everything ever produced ever.

It may be a dumb quibble, but I always wonder about this too because it also seems to be common practice to use an actors most famous role instead of the most recent role, especially if the most recent role was not great, and basically every movie you mentioned has as much or more recognition (if not the same Box

Oh god, Jenna Maroney would absolutely win The Hunger Games, no question about it, and she'd do it with pleasure if Jenna McCarthy and/or Raven Symone were fellow tributes she had to get through.

I agree, jccalhoun. Especially since in most if not all of the action she took part in she utilized her surroundings or her heels of death(though heels in combat are ridiculous, that scene with Daglit's mook lampshading them was hilarious) and never took anyone down with pure strength that I can recall.

I know. Isn't that a fantastic little prompt?

You are totally missing the point. Military uniforms hide boobies, allowing us to pretend women are not just sex objects who also rear our children, whereas breastfeeding exposes the boobies and forces us to see women as the sex object child rearers that they are. Sexy sexiness is not allowed in public, only demure

It's not the original story we need, but the dark, gritty reboot we deserve.

Retroactive decisions for all! Thanks, Romney!

We all care about that I think (hope). I think their anti-gay, anti-atheist stances are equally problematic and stupid. They just haven't been public asses about the atheism issue in a while, but they are creating a shitstorm of fuck on the gay issue right now.

Hahahaha, you (and Emily) just made my morning.
