I agree. Having previously worked for a repair shop in NJ for 10 years, I think that’s the best passive aggressive decline the job letter I have ever seen. Having had the cops called on me, lawyers phone calls and physical threats to try and force us to work on their stuff I totally get why a NJ dealer would do this.…
