Cynthia was a child actress and was trained in the theatre. Sarah Jessica has the same background but I think SJ was always a bit more Hollywood.

So KC wasn’t stroked the way she wanted. I kind of get that. She was involved in the show for its entirety then did the stupid movies (1 was okay, 2 was an abomination) but the producers (one of which is SJP) went to her reps instead of her. That would bother me as well.

Holly totally manipulated Hef and he truly fell in love with her. But she wanted to be the wife (not because she loved him). Once she realized that Hef wasn’t going to divorce his wife and she wasn’t going to get that kind of control, she split. Thus summing up the old rich man/young pretty girl dynamic.
