I can say it has never occurred to me that this was a problem. I always thought Dany looked great. I'm lucky?

Don never slept with Hildy. You're probably thinking of Allison.
I've met a number of women and others who also don't want to be associated with negative stereotypes surrounding "feminist." Putting aside the fact that these stereotypes are often held in extreme ignorance and prejudice, which pretty much invalidates them, this just doesn't seem like a constructive strategy. The best…
X-Files! I've morphed into a huge fangirl/shipper, which is some good ol' nostalgia from the high school days. I'm dreading the latter seasons, but so far it's a fantastic ride.
"Sure, you learn about this historical moment—somewhat under-discussed outside the U.K.—but High Tea
never feels pedantic. Instead, this elegantly designed simulation
invites you to prey on the addictions of Western peoples, whether it’s
their relatively benign passion for tea or their troublesome opium
habit."
Count me as another one (along with the BF) who LAUGHED at the "I'm drunk and bleeding" scene. Oof. The therapy scenes were predictable as all hell too. Can a police therapist not file a protest or revoke an officer's license, something?
"Family planning" is often right next to the feminine hygiene section (which is often described as "feminine paper" or more mysteriously, "seasonal").
Not crazy about this season so far. It feels like the writers aren't investing in their stories anymore — something crazy dramatic happens every episode and more or less is resolved in the same one or the next. I wish they had kept the slower burn from the first season.
Sort of? My parents still have distinctive accents (Hong Kong natives) but I'm perfectly fluent in English.
I really liked Kassidy (not to the point of wanting more of her on the show, but just appreciating she was a decent character). She was another captain's romantic interest, but she was interesting, had a job, and had her own responsibilities. She and Sisko had a good, grown-up relationship, which doesn't happen enough…
It's just tragic how bad the writers telegraph their "twists." I am not the kind of person that catches onto things terribly well (yep) and with this episode, I said to my boyfriend, "I bet this is a total fake-out and Mos Def's employee isn't dead. It's just an intervention or something."
I'm pretty sure Stephen Chow isn't in Bodyguard from Beijing.
