i dont know about faking passing out i thought that too but ghost could have easily killed him when he was "passed out" so it was risky

I think he means ghost is batman because he went and took down all his enemies in a low key way. Tommy is joker because he cares for nothing but staying in the drug game just like joker enjoys making terror for no reason
