The Charger wasn’t designed to take a manual because they didn’t think anyone would want one. One of the former design leads at Chrysler has said it was a major oversight.
No manual transmission. Plus it’s a boat as far as handling goes.
As a side note, what I’ve learned from years of driving in snow is that if you have AWD and the back lets go - get ON the power. If the front is plowing wide, get off the power. Its just a general rule of thumb that’s served me well.
