To the reviewer Danette Chavez. It's not the top half of an Anglo demagogue that is found with the bottom half of a mixed-race Welsh prostitute, but a FRENCH demagogue. Otherwise, the case would have most likely been wholly British. This was the whole premise to a two-country case.
