I can attest that they have missed my deadline by +10 days and counting following paper doc acceptance.

I’ve called almost 5 different times, and recieved a variety of answers - but, they all ended with, ‘sorry, but there is no time line - expect months’. This is absurd. VW is screwing the pooch, here.
