I had the worst time with this when I recently got a new gateway. I read that it is not recommended to make separate 2.4 and 5ghz SSID’s for these gateways because they have “band steering” and “advanced channel selection.” I just don’t trust it to always hook to what I want it to and would be constantly checking…
