Yeah, but in tiny numbers. Look at the Control Room on all the Mercury, Gemini and Apollo missions. Total sausagefest. Hasn’t got much better in the following 60+ years. Given we’re 50% of the population, is it really so big an ask for 50% of NASA scientists, on all levels? Clearly it is.

Assuming Raina is a woman and Mariek is a man, that’s 18 men on the team and 10 women. Not ideal, but a damn sight better than things used to be. Hurrah. Baby steps.
