You’d think they’d have hauled him simply on saying that he didn’t care. Had you done that around this town they would have and I guarantee you his license would have been suspended.

I don’t see anything in the video that would prove it to be anything but intentional. The biker was breaking the law and that’s a no contest misdemeanor.
