Azkaban: Dumbledore says quite clearly that there are rules to using the Time Turner. It seems that it’s actually an outlawed device. So going to try it again was not gonna happen, nor was advisable.

Eh, and that’s fair...but I can’t even call those original lines slapstick or even forced the way that stuff is coming across in this trailer. They may come across as silly. but they never felt hackneyed. Even now those jokes land effortlessly on a re-watch.
Thanks. I do try.
You shut your filthy mouth good sir! The effects in the original are still great, stop motion and all....it’s Harryhousen-arific. :D

Spot on. And that’s totally it too...this is literally Spy...laid overtop of the Ghostbusters theme. I can’t even unsee the comparison
Spy is NOT hillarious. Bridesmaids was great, but it was not written by Fieg. Spy had some good beats (mostly delivered by Miranda)...but overall it’s a mess of forced jokes and loud cursing passing for comedy.
Rancorr, you and I are usually on the same wavelength...but this movie really is slapstick fart, queef, and vomit humor laid over the old GB story revamped. The original was a subtle supernatural quasi-action flick with comedic elements. The different is night and day. The subtle jokes in the original are so much…
