Afterlove EP looks cool, but man it’s always a dead girl isn’t it? I dunno, kill the guy. Too many dead girls.

Found the neckbeard.

It’s a shame that 2077 gave you that awakening, since it’s... not exactly a game or company that’s very trans-friendly. In any way. At all.

100% review inflating. The neckbeards were pissed that the game was getting hammered, either due to various gameplay issues or criticism against transphobia and racism prevalent in the game.

Holy crap, they reacted badly and tripled down on it, the morons. They coulda said “We purposefully chose something morally reprehensible for the strip to work, and that was the most morally reprehensible thing we could think of. We didn’t mean to hurt people or make light of a terrible thing. We’re sorry.” And moved

Maybe the game can come out before we start worshipping it as the messiah of open world games.

My only issue with BotW is that many of the activities felt vary same-y like, after my 30th dungeon, that had the exact same look and feel as all the other dungeons. It really started to wear on me. The combat felt uninspired, even though I had a lot of tools at my disposal, enemy behavior was very much same-y from

You can give them money directly? The problem was never the method of compensation for artists, it was their colleague’s willingness (or lack thereof, honestly) to do so.

I don’t think this was intended, but this comes across very smug.

My first thought was that he’s done a good job explaining why this show sucks.

You really can’t turn this around into ‘perhaps it is u who are petty’ - the guy gleefully harassed and targeted minorities, and much of his anguish was that his website matured (to a degree) while he didn’t. The Something Awful website bankrolled his entire lifestyle even as he grifted and complained server costs

Something Awful produced a wild amount of humor and culture for decades and had a massively outsized influence for a long time. It was a place where I learned a lot about writing, about politics and some other things.

EA’s never given a DMCA to the modding community on Mass Effect/Dragon Age games. These games are some of the largest communities on Nexus Mods.

Sure, if the devs didn’t have more important things to do than restore a DLC very few people were ever fond of.

Came here to say, it was pretty much consensus back then that this DLC was really bad.

The shitty DLC no one liked until they were told they can’t have it.

It’s a cool process/challenge for the modders to do. And ultimately neat to have another DLC ported. Pinnacle Station was really boring/underwhelming though and thankfully had no story implications.

Pointing out that emulation exists and that Nintendo’s crummy service likely won’t win over the people who have already been emulating these games for years =/= “promoting piracy.”

Oh no, Kotaku isn’t volunteering to be the Nintendo Copyright Police! This surely means the end for the site.

What is it with you people. You just think games media should pretend that emulation doesn’t exist?
