That is not remotely true. Jack and Zuck have allowed the alt-right to run rampant on their platforms and neither have made the slightest attempt to stifle hate speech because they’re petrified of the conservative blow back.

No, Facebook and Twitter are not hugely in favor of Democrats. They just sometimes (emphasis on sometimes) lean towards anti-hate which tends to house itself more on the right. Look at yesterday’s article about how FB is now going to be actively removing white supremacists and nationalists. To the people in those…
lol imagine being as stupid and angry as this pud
I forgot to mention in my previous reply, I’m replaying ME:A now and enjoying it even more the second time around. Maybe it’s because of the Anthem comparison, but I really feel it’s not that bad of a game. I get that it’s not a great series installment, but as a sci-fi action game it’s really quite fun. And yes the…
Got ME: Andromeda on release and didn’t have a chance to play it right away.. my wife finally played it last year and... it was pretty good! I mean, it had some problems and wasn’t as good as the previous MEs, but the combat seemed pretty well done and the story wasn’t as terrible as people made it out to be. Seemed…
Regarding RDR2: Yes, it gets brought up in the initial review, just as Anthem’s review covered some of the good parts too (although I disagree with their take on the game’s writing). But it’s the continued coverage that I’m looking at, and pretty much all of the articles post-release were about how awesome the game…
Well, there’s two articles that Kotaku screwed up on. Putting out the “Anthem bricks PS4s” and having to walk that back pretty quickly was an error, but an understandable one. Felt like they pulled the trigger a bit quickly.
I had a lengthy reply that my browser decided to throw out, but let me just say this. 130 hours deep, and I can say Anthem is currently not a great game. I struggle to even call it a good game. But I do believe in this game. I’ll also say that I agree with MOST of the articles being put out. But I want to see more…
I think Dragon Age 2 was kinda the ur-example of it. The flaws with the game were so big and obvious and in-your-face that everyone would focus on it... but there was a great tragic story underneath it that took time to truly appreciate.
Forgive the tangent, but I’m starting to wonder if we need to take a good, long look at how major games are covered. It feels like the news gets stuck in a feedback loop, where a game that’s good right out of the gate gets basically nothing but glowing praise, and a game that stumbles out of the starting box gets…

You give ME a break. Have you been following this situation at all the past two months or have you had your head stuck under a rock? If you are a gay person who’s happy being lied to, cheated out of money and treated like you don’t matter, then good for you! Sounds pretty masochistic and fucked up to me.
Why would anything I wrote be sarcasm?
I’m still baffled a relationship or child were even necessary considering the Atlanis Ending. What purpose does a bloodline serve if you outlive them by a mile anyway?
Whoever was in charge of creating this DLC was a pack of jackasses. All this pain they caused us gay gamers just to make Kassandra related to Aya. Aya! She wasn’t even the lead of her own game! And her child’s death was the motivating plot of Origins so we KNOW that Kassandra’s bloodline died with her! So much grief…
This game falls into the “don’t knock it until you try it” category. The launch trailer didn’t really sell me on it, and I was a bit worried about the character design feeling really similar to the ill-fated LawBreakers, but those worries evaporated once I actually got in and played.
Regular reminder to everyone Tom Clancy games, novels, etc. are inherently political. They build and are built upon a world view that US military members, intelligence agents and law enforcement agents could solve all of our problems if the darn bureaucracy and politicians would just get out of their way and let them…
“Yeah, that’s not going to happen in a AAA game”
So people should just happily eat up milquetoast AAA pandering instead of calling it out? I don’t know what your point is, people are well aware these things are made for the broadest audience possible. But scrubbing any nuance out in games that are already about…
That’s disappointing. A space exploration game that de-emphasized combat would’ve been cool. Certainly more interesting than a co-op alien shooter.
Actually getting really excited for this game. I love the aesthetic and the iron man flight/mobility powers, and it seems that they’ve learned a lot from Destiny and The Division in terms of quality of life.
