Also, I tend to wait till I can grab new releases for $10-$30 new (Best Buy sales are good for this, usually within six months…

I use Chrome, not sure if all of those are Chrome friendly, but I use a similar cocktail—AdBlock, Ghostery, and Do Not Track+. Even if this doesn't block literally everything, it's certainly going to help!
