This worked! Thanks again for the heads up :)

Trying this right now... waiting for the software update to download. Thanks so much for the tip!

Just keep getting a message that something went wrong. I've tried three times now. Also tried re-downloading the file, not that I think that would honestly be the issue. Booo-urns.

It was advertised that you'd get the iPad app for free if you had a copy of the Collector's Edition. It even comes with a code to redeem it, but the app wasn't ready yet when the book came out. They decided instead to make the codes good for a browswer-based map which is almost entirely useless because even on a very

Check out the source article. It's once again ZeniMax.

Couldn't agree more!

It's not Bethesda, it's ZeniMax, despite what the article will tell you. And agreed, ZeniMax needs to chill the **** out, because they're just hurting their image and brand. I'm sure the crew at Bethesda LOVES when it's parent company sues, as they're constantly blamed for it. Imagine if every time your dad got drunk

Another example of Bethesda being blamed for the actions of ZeniMax. Guys, seriously. Bethesda makes games. They aren't the same people.

If Apple removes the app from it's servers (it's very possible) then you can't download it again in the future. Easy fix—download it to your iTunes on your computer. It's probably there already, but make sure. Then you can download it to your iDevice whenever you'd like.

Prima has already released an official one. It was supposed to be free with the collector's edition of the game guide, but they decided even those who ponied up for the CE have to pay $10 to snag the full version, because Prima is a class act.

That's great news! I'll definitely give it to a friend of mine as a gift, and I'll explain the situation. No one can get upset if a free PS3 craps the bed after eight months or something ;)

Thanks for this tip! I finally was able to get my Simpsons DVD back using your method. Blow dried the back vents for 5-8 minutes, and that did it. I'll probably trash the ps3 now. When yours crapped out again, were you able to use this method to bring it back each time? If so, I might give this to someone rather than

I found that in Skyrim a couple of months ago. Thought it was cute. What's so wrong about this?

Sorry for the late reply! It's all over the place honestly. I've only worked on two games that were commercially successful (F.E.A.R. for PS3 and Guitar Hero World Tour). Both certainly had their issues. F.E.A.R. was a port, so there was very little effort into fixing issues. It was more 'does it work? kind of? not

Yeah, when I was testing I couldn't fathom playing a game outside of work. I'm loving loving video games again. It took me about two years to fully recover! Hahaha :)

Generally there's a lead SKU (usually 360) that's focused on more than the others. All issues found on PC or PS3 are then tested on the 360 copy. As far as an issue passing through the net? It's not usually a matter of it passing through unnoticed. If there's an issue that the devs say 'tough luck' to, it's waved

I've worked for EA, Vivendi, SCEA, Nexon, Acitivision... QA is QA. You know what to expect. Low pay, lower than average hygiene among your coworkers... But here's the deal—if you have the right lead and the right team, it's an amazingly fun job. It's hard work, don't get me wrong. But that doesn't make it a shitty

My wife and I use it at least once or twice a week. It's a classic! That and "Where's Poochie?"
