That’s pretty amazing. He could have deemed them frivolous complaints and, since Kavanaugh was already seated and the news has moved on, very few people would have noticed. By passing them down to be ruled on, he’s doing his job.

I’ll bet Gorsuch detested Kavanaugh and his clique in high school, (they attended the same high school ). Those grudges don't die easily.

Relevant - Roberts just kicked some ethics complaints against Kavanaugh to a lower court. The complaints were about his conduct during the Dr. Ford hearing. I don’t know what that means or if they’ll go anywhere but it’s a thing that happened.
