Masshole here. We sometimes fantasize about moving to a place with actual trees and shit. We talk a lot about Vermont, but Vermont doesn’t need more lefties. You make a compelling case for NH.

OMG! How am I bad at literally everything?
I think this might be a new low. I have this feeling that resembles something I used to call shock.
I saw this episode again over the weekend. Still makes me cry human tears.
Didn’t bother to read the article. CAME HERE TO SAY EXACTLY THIS.
My sister went through a phase when she was a kid where she effin’ LOVED Golden Corral. We would drive AN HOUR after church from the sticks into the nearest city to go Golden Corral. We were definitely the only white people there, and I really wished we got to wear awesome hats to church.
I’m having a hard time seeing what grounds a court would have to overturn this. Administrations have the prerogative to set policies. Obama admin set requirements for these grants that aligned their with their priorities. The Trump admin, being horrible, set different requirements for these grants that aligned with…
He’s such a shady bitch, and I am loving it.

God Bless Texas Women.
Look—I’ve never had my ass grabbed by a Senator. But I’ve had plenty of situations where something was said or done that was so shocking / uncomfortable / dangerous that my immediate reaction was to STFU and just get out of the situation. It’s called a defense mechanism, and it’s a pretty effective one. Through the…
I LIKE THIS IDEA A LOT!
I’ll say this: if Franken doesn’t step down, and decides to run again in 2020, I hope a progressive woman primaries the fuck out of him. I will HAPPILY make a campaign contribution.
Maybe it’s just the day (year?) I’m having, but my gut says none of these assholes are going to step down. Soon there will be so many scandals, that it will be written off as part of the culture, so no individual man can really be blamed. A sort of everyone’s guilty, so no one is guilty mentality. And it’ll wind down.…
Oh, before dinner for sure.
Because I want the Democratic party to be the party that believes women and takes these allegations seriously regardless of the party affiliation of the harasser. Acknowledging that Bill Clinton’s actions were shameful and wrong is part of that.
Just gonna leave this here:
I was thinking this today. From what I’ve read and heard about the Manson murders and the trials that followed, part of the reason people were so caught up in these crimes is that they represented a national loss of innocence. We have a lot less innocence to lose these days.
Indeed. The most powerful man in the world certainly does not get a pass for having sex with a 21yo intern. It’s shameful and it’s wrong. And Dems need to reckon with this.
